Family Futures and its agents do not guarantee that any child safety seat is free from defects, and any claims related to defects shall be governed solely by the manufacturer’s warranty and remedies available under the law.

1. I understand that a properly used child safety seat may reduce the risk of injury or death in a crash but does not guarantee protection. I acknowledge that improper use, installation, or unforeseen circumstances may still result in harm.

2. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with the use, installation, or maintenance of the child safety seat and agree that Family Futures and any affiliated organizations, officers, employees, and agents shall be held harmless from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or losses, including injury or death, arising from or related to the use of the child safety seat, the installation method, the operation of the vehicle, or any other related factors.

3. Furthermore, I agree to indemnify and defend Family Futures and its affiliates against any claims made by third parties (including passengers, legal guardians, or other involved parties) related to the child safety seat provided.

4. This waiver is binding on me, my heirs, executors, assigns, and representatives. If any portion of this waiver is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
