Step into summer and help us celebrate the Power of Community and Play during Parks and Recreation month!
On Wednesday, July 22 (10-11:00am) at Alpine Estates Park, Walker Parks and Rec is hosting, with Walker Police, Walker Fire and Walker DPW co-hosting our annual Chalk the Park event! Unleash your creativity and help us turn our parks into colorful wonderlands as we celebrate Parks and Recreation Month.
We will supply the chalk to use, all you need is your imagination. All ages are welcome and there’s no charge for the event, but we do require registration for each participant. If you are planning to attend both sessions, please be sure to register for both. Each registration will be entered into a prize drawing to win a prize!
Please note that parents must stay at the park for the duration of the event.
Registration begins on June 15.
