Family Advisory Board
The Family Advisory Board (FAB) is a group of parents, caregivers, and parent advocates who work alongside Family Futures staff to help guide our programs, share lived experiences, and co-create solutions that reflect the needs and strengths of our community.
FAB members are partners in leadership. Together, we:
- Share insights, feedback, and lived experience to help shape programs and services
- Collaborate with staff on materials, outreach, and planning efforts
- Attend monthly meetings and contribute to group discussions
- Represent family perspectives in organizational conversations and decision-making
- Build relationships with other caregivers and support parent leadership development
- Optionally serve in leadership roles like Chair, Vice Chair, Secretary, or Parliamentarian

- Want to make systems and services more family-centered.
- Bring a collaborative spirit and an interest in learning, sharing, and leading.
- Are willing to attend meetings and contribute ideas in a supportive group setting.
- Reflect the diversity, strengths, and lived experiences of our community.
- No professional experience is required—just a desire to use your voice to make a difference.
