The Great Start Readiness Program (GSRP) and the Family Futures Connections program are partnering to provide Ages and Stages Questionnaires (ASQ-3 and ASQ SE:2) for your child.

The ASQs provide a quick look at how your child is doing in important areas of development. It has been used for over 20 years to help parents identify their children’s strengths or areas where they may need additional support. Their scores will be sent directly to their teacher(s) to help them meet individual needs.

These questionnaires are a Michigan Department of Education and GRSP program requirement and must be completed before the start of school. Each ASQ should take approximately 10-20 minutes to complete.

Family Futures offers translation services for languages other than English or Spanish to those who require them. 

We also offer an optional Family Resource Screener that can identify if any local resources can benefit your family. Our Navigators can help connect you to resources.

Each GSRP family will be matched with someone from the Family Futures Navigation team whom you can contact at any time to provide ASQ score interpretation, personalized support, and resource navigation.
